Daily summary
Needs the read:reports permission.
dailySummary gives sales totals for each business date. It uses the same calculation as the reports in the Seamless backoffice, so the figures match what you see there.

Arguments
from and to are business dates and, unlike the ranges on orders and refunds, both ends are included: the example above returns seven days. A single request can cover at most 31 days.
Fields
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|

All amounts are in pence.
Summary or raw records?
The daily summary is the one to use when a day's totals have to agree with Seamless reports, for example when you post takings to your accounts.
For the detail behind a total (what was sold, how it was paid for, and when) read orders and refunds.
